Finding trustworthy people to do online business with isn't easy. There are many businesses out there that offer nothing but a form, like the one bellow, when it comes to contacting them. That's like saying, "I don't care enough about the people I business with to give them any real contact information". Being able to email someone is great, but being able to talk to them is even better. This is why I am a strong believer in offering more than one form of contact (no pun intended).
